Formaldehyde, polymer with 4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)phenol, methyloxirane and oxirane, CAS # 30704-64-4, 

This polyols have different degree of functionality depending on the degree of polymerization. Most of the applications for these polyols are as crosslinkable surfactants for coatings. Functionality in most cases between 3 to 6.
